AgreementsEtc has successfully competed testing their web site. The launch date has now been moved up to February 1st.

Mr. Gil Rappaport, CEO, announced the launch of a new web site for the company. For the first time, the company will sell contracts to the public on an individual basis. Testing on the new website began early in December and will continue until February. AgreementsEtc has announced that it aims to be the leader in the online publishing of legal documents and the new web site is only the first step towards achieving that goal. The first agreements to be made available will be for the USA and will include a limited number of agreements in various categories.

AgreementsEtc. has acquired Law at a Glance. The magazine is a leader in the distribution of legal updates. Mr. Gil Rappaport, president of AgreementsEtc. said that "the new acquisition will help AgreementsEtc. to achieve the goal of becoming the industry leader of agreements and contract publications."

AutoAgreements, ver 3.53 has been shipped to customers in the USA. The new version bring new features like agreements distribution, multiple parties, law updates for all States and more. For the first time, AgreementsEtc. allows customers to download the software online.

Mr. Gil Rappaport has been appointed the new president and CEO of AgreementsEtc. Gil, the former president of NFS (a leading European marketing and products design company), brings wide industry knowledge, as well as an aggressive approach to the market with a superior customer service background. Gil will start November 1st.
