Inoperable, Unlicensed Vehicles
The parking facilities are provided for the exclusive use of regularly used vehicles. Any unused, inoperable or unlicensed licensed vehicles will be removed from the Space by Landlord and towed at Tenant’s sole expense. Tenant shall carry Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance on all personal property situated upon the leased premises in order to indemnify and save harmless the Landlord against liability for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by Tenant and/or others parked upon Landlord's premises.
Limitations
___________________________________________ are not permitted in the space.
Hold Harmless
Tenant understands and agrees that Landlord cannot guarantee the safety of vehicles in the Space and also agrees that he or she will hold Landlord blameless in the event of damage to, theft from or theft of the vehicle.

Termination
